牛小排、紅菜頭、小洋蔥、甘旬、西芹、蒜頭、乾蔥、白菌、黑椒、月桂葉、砵酒、鹽、油

 

Serving Instructions:

Defrost the food completely before use and follow the instructions below:

1)Boil water to 100 Degree Celsius in a pot.

2)Turn off the heat. Put the pack into the hot water and make sure the water can cover the whole package of soup.

3)Let sit for 15 minutes. Keep pot lid off.

4)Take the pack out. Open the vacuum bag to serve in a bowl.

*Prolonged heating will make the meat softer and more tender, customers may adjust the heating time upon personal preference.

烹調前請先確認料理包已完全解凍

1)以鍋將水煮沸。

2)熄火,將料理包浸於鍋中熱水,並確認熱水蓋過整份料理包。

3)將料理包至於熱水15分鐘,期間不用蓋上鍋蓋。

4)將料理包鍋中取出打開真空袋即可上碟享用。

*肉質將因應烹飪時長而愈發軟腍,顧客可因個人口味而調節時長以達致理想效果

The vacuum bag is not microwavable.The content of the bag cannot be directly consumed and must be reheated before consuming.

請勿將真空袋放入微波爐加熱,所有食材需再次烹調,切勿直接食用。
